Sensory Activities

Developing one’s senses is fundamental to a Montessori education. Through activities that can be easily conducted at home, we focus on developing and enhancing an infant’s five senses: touch, sight, smell, hearing, and taste. By developing the senses, children become more aware of themselves and their surroundings, while also getting an experiential education that makes them excited to learn more about their world.
